Everything — your rental is a full-property buyout: Union Bell Chapel, Vineyard Vista, the Barrel Barn, the Event Plaza, and Brunwine Pond for 12 full hours, with full-weekend options that add the rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch.
What's included in the venue rate?
Tables, seating, and linens; string and market lighting; audio system; furniture setup and breakdown; fire pits and yard games; and a four-hour bridal or engagement photo session.
How do catering and bar service work?
Choose from our preferred caterer list or bring your own — outside caterers are welcome. (Bar service and alcohol policy — placeholder, to be confirmed.)
Can we bring our own florist, décor, and vendors?

Can our wedding party stay on the property?
Yes — three on-site units sleep 20 tonight (Wild Rose Cottage, Lonestar Cottage, and the Barndominium), with the late-2026 expansion adding cabins, hotel suites, and a resort pool.
What happens if it rains?
The Barrel Barn is a fully climate-controlled indoor backup for up to 500 — your day proceeds beautifully regardless of weather.
How long do we have the property?
